Swimming Pool Closure Notice!

In our quest to improve the guest experience and overall comfort with fun activities at Taita Hills Safari Resort & Spa, we are carrying out a complete alteration and renovation of the swimming pool. This is aimed at enhancing our facilities and elevating the overall guest experience.

We anticipate the renovations will be finalized by August 15, 2024.

Our dedicated team is diligently working to ensure the successful implementation of these improvements. We understand the importance of keeping you informed, so we’d like to provide you with some technical updates regarding the ongoing remodeling project:

1. Remodeling the Swimming Pool Area: Significant structural enhancements are underway within the swimming pool area to ensure its long-term reliability and safety. This includes repairing the pool’s lining, installing new filtration systems, and updating adjacent facilities such as restrooms and poolside furniture.
2. Health and Safety Measures: Throughout the construction phase, stringent health and safety protocols are being strictly enforced to safeguard the well-being of both our guests and staff. These measures include regular inspections by certified safety officers, personal protective equipment (PPE) provision, and adherence to construction best practices to mitigate potential risks.

Please note that during this period, access to the swimming pool will be temporarily restricted due to ongoing construction activities. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and assure you that our guests’ and staff’s health and safety remain our utmost priority.

Despite the renovations, we are delighted to inform you that all room upgrades have already been completed, and Taita Hills Safari Resort & Spa will remain fully operational. Guests will continue to have access to our exceptional facilities and can enjoy their stay with us.
